Applied online, did an online interview where they ask you questions on what would happen if this event happened and how would you react/ fix, interviewed in person twice. If you got a second interview, you'll most likely have the job.

Very thorough easy process beginning from a phone interview to in person. Quizzed on my knowledge of photography and skills. Also brought in my portfolio to share my proof of experience and skill as they really accepted and enjoyed looking through.

The process for photo imaging when I hired in 5 years ago consisted of two interviews. One with a recruiter, and another interview with a department manager. The interview process was great, as long as you have a positive outlook and be positive with your answers as to why you want to work for Disney.
