Quick and not really many opportunities to really sell yourself to them, probably already had someone else in mind. Felt like a waste of time to do, maybe was just my interview

Very warm and friendly interview process. Helps settle nerves and the chai is lovely. Really great on providing feedback and help with getting other jobs if they think it isn't the job for you

Very easy informal and asking about previous experience and who you are as a person reacting to certain situations. Had an interactive video call first after applying online, then went on site and had a chat. Didn't have enough experience so started as a runner then moved up to server.
