Know your numbers inside and out and ask for further clarification on terminologies as it was difficult to communicate what I had achieved. Nice people but the questions where very numbers focused rather than the process.

My interview process at Discover International was not a positive experience. I did several rounds of interviews via Zoom. The last round was a group interview of about 15 people. They started off the interview with their leadership team. One person from the leadership team emphasized in his presentation about how "everyone here drives expensive cars" "we take trips to Ibiza". When I asked him about wellness packages, maternity/paternity leave, and other important benefits he diverted back to the "luxurious trips and lunches" the company offers its top billers. They made us do tasks that had little or nothing to do with the actual job which was recruiting. The first task was to build a tower out of Marsh Mellows and pasta. Another task was to sell an object as not the object. Another task was to create a Shark Tank presentation. The last task was the only one that was applicable to recruiting. We had to interview another participant and then try to sell their skillset to the company that was hiring for the position. The last round was with the owner of the company. He was not very friendly and felt uncomfortable around him. I was able to walk through the office and the employees seemed bored. They were playing ping pong and just hanging out. They were suppose to cut some people after lunch at 1PM. They did not tell us who was cut until 2:45PM. They also started almost a 1 1/2 late because they were waiting for people. Overall, it was managed poorly, were not considerate of people's time, and simply a joke. After going through this process, I would recommend not going because they will waste your time and try to recruit you by waving around flashy trips and business lunches.
