Never interviewed for the position! Applied for the Credit Card Customer Service remote and the New Applicant Customer Service remote. Received a call from Discover for the Credit Card Customer Service asking if I'm available to attend training 10 am-6 pm, and explained that the position would be flex, the hourly rate, and that I would receive a call for a second interview in 1-2 days. Received an email 2 days later stating Discover is moving onto other candidates. Is Discover weaning out certain qualified candidates or is this a hoax? Not meant to be and I'm glad.

Entretien
The first interview was a 30-45 minute phone call, of course they want to know how you found out about the position, what mad you want to work for them, where they stand in the list of potential jobs, how long have you been doing this type of work and why you prefer it. Most I can say is be yourself and speak it into existence!!! Also if they really like/need you they will IMMEDIATELY off a second zoom interview.
