recently interviewed for a Product Owner position at Discover Financial Services, and my experience was a mix of positives and challenges. Process took about two months. Very interactive interviewers. First interview with HR, then back to back to back interviews with three different people. before final stage with Director. Most questions were typical scenario-based stuff.

Had a full day of virtual interviews with several people. Was told that I would hear back in one week about whether I got the position. I never heard anything. When I reached out to the hiring manager both times after that one week had passed and he kept telling me that someone would contact me. No one ever contacted me, and I never heard anything else about the role.
