Applied/submitted resume online after Senior Management told my fiance (who is her "go to" barista) that the company was going to be filling quite a few empty spots this summer. There was everything entry level available I applied for a few open spots and was selected (based on background, I'm assuming) for a spot with asset recovery.
I took an online personality type test, then a simulation of what to expect with my position, after that was passed (with flying colors of course) I was contacted THAT NIGHT for an interview the next day. The interview was kind of like the beginning of Men in Black, you show up for a 12pm interview with the head of HR, and then it turns everyone in the room is there for a 12pm, to include a few people who said they had 1130am's with what turned out to be the receptionist (sneaky sneaky, but I like it, shook loose a few of the weak nuts right off) the process was then group interview, followed by a panel with some management (from senior to mid-line), also it should be noted some people had already had 1:1 interviews that morning and were made to come back for the panel, then dismissed. Calls were aired for all to hear and offer feedback, then without warning, each person was told to follow a manager out of the room for 1:1s. My 1:1 consisted of selling myself and my skills, as well as a few S T A R stories (if you don't have some, get some!) and then a little grilling. I was called that afternoon with my offer.
