I went to two interviews, showed up 15 minutes early to each, and they both went well. I was told they would proceed to the next steps as they had a good feeling. I got home and received an email from their system that the hiring manager marked me as if I never showed up for the first interview. If they didn't want to onboard me I wish they would have just said it instead of stating I was a no call/no show as attendance and punctuality are of high importance for me, and this is not like me at all. The lack of honesty really makes me reconsider wanting to be a part of a company that would do this.
