The interview was virtual. It consisted of the hiring manager and the team. After the virtual interview there was an in person interview with the supervisor. Overall, it was straight forward and most of the questions were "what would you do in this scenario" or "tell us about a time when" style questions.
The virtual interview was conducted through video conferencing, which allowed me to meet the hiring manager and their team remotely. This was a convenient option for both parties, as it saved time and resources that would have been used for an in-person meeting.
During the virtual interview, I was asked various behavioral and situational questions such as "what would you do in this scenario?" or "tell us about a time when you had to handle a difficult situation." These types of questions allowed the interviewer to gauge my problem-solving skills and how I would handle real-life scenarios in the workplace.
