I applied online. I was later contacted for a phone interview. I spoke with the CEO and asked to come for an in person interview. Judging from the call this position was definitely something I was very interested in. I took time out from work to come for an interview and expected to talk about the position further and learn more about the company. The first 10 min of the time I had to spend listening to another call (extremely unprofessional) and rude. Then I was told that there are other jobs that this recruiting agency has that would be better fit. Tell me this over the phone I don't need to come for this and lose a day of work. If I was interested in working with a recruiting agency (I am not) I would let that be known. This was a waste of time. I would not recommend.

You are interviewed by the owner first, owner asks for a resume, asks what you know about the company, tells you what the owner is looking for, asks you if you have questions. The second step is to interview with some employees and observe their job. Possibly brought in for a third interview if you are going to be selected.
