Approached the company at a university career fair, dropped off my resume there and online. Within a week as called and invited to an interview. Interview was myself with two interviewers. Asked a few behavioral questions followed by specific questions relating to managing/working for a natural gas/electric company. Was extremely unprepared considering my background, but imagine someone with more natural gas/operations experience would be fine. Also asked one technical question/brain teaser at the end.
