My interview was with the CEO. He asked leading questions and let me do most of the talking. After talking, he provided me with information on the company, the job description, an a brief on the companies vision. I was sold on his passion and energy for his company. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I received the position soon after and started the next week.

It was a 1:1 interview basically getting my backround, seeing my work history, nothing major, very simply interview, was confusing to catch the view of the business right of the bat.
