Overall good. Honest direct and with right people. Was able to meet key senior leaders. Interview a few too many times IMO (5 trips). Was able to have a panel discussion with peers and they were awesome. CEO is a nice guy who has a good vision. Comp too tied to risky upside to move from stable gig.
