First you will be given an paper test of MySQL, JavaScript etc along with logical test also. After that you will go for an HR interview and then technical interview taken by project manager. Once you will clear Technical interview you will be given an system test which they say will be monitored by their USA team and once you clear the system you will be given an offer.
The atmosphere of office is Okk types. In Mumbai office there are hardly 10-12 ppl. They don't disclosure their USA office name for some reason. In Mumbai it's kind of startup office. I have seen ppl access their fb account also.
