It was pretty easy. I had an on-campus interview with a recruiter and then a Super day at the Austin Office with 5 rounds of interview. It was pretty conversational.

The process consisted of two phone interviews and a super day featuring one breakfast interview and four standard interviews. Questions were behavioral in nature. They like to see that you’ve done your homework and researched their investment philosophy.
