The whole process took about a month. You have an interview with a department manager, the store manager or ASM, they run a background check on you, and then call you back for training. My advice is to be persistent! If they say that they're going to call you in a couple of days and they don't, CALL THEM. And keep calling. Show them that you want the job. Once you fill about a background check, you're just about home free. Almost all of the interview questions are sales oriented.

Question 1
Describe a time that you went above and beyond for a customer?
Standard interview, quite short (20 minutes) for the first round. Asked about past experience, sales skills, expected pay, and my future goals at the company. Interviewers were very nice and welcoming, made the experience much less intimidating!
Not sure what to expect. When I spoke to the manager it felt very condescending and off putting. The interview was fine but they exaggerated the amount of commission associates can make and didn’t even give me a chance to agree to a job offer just assumed that I would take it. I don’t have very high hopes about how it will be working there. When I came in for my interview one associate didn’t even greet me like she did the last customer and the energy of the atmosphere just felt super dull and soulless. I need this job on my resume as a fashion business student for internships so I’ll push through but not at all optimistic about the work environment.

Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
