J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Diligent
Entretien
Interviewers no showed. Absolutely terrible experience. Lack of respect for interviewees.
Contacted by an external recruiter for initial screen then got connected with one of Diligent's technical recruiters to begin the process. Corresponded through email with Diligent's recruiter to set up an interview. Day of the interview, both interviewers no showed. I emailed the Diligent recruiter 10 minutes in asking if there was some sort of conflict. Also followed up again later. No response. Find out two weeks later from the initial recruiter that they had put hiring on pause and didn't have the courtesy to inform those currently in the process.

Did two rounds of interview, one with the Talent Acquisition and the other with a Director on the team. All the interviews were pretty much genaral questions about experience and all that. Both interview went really well in my own opinion, but i got a rejection email without any reasonable feedback. Just the lazy generic "we are looking at other candidates whose background and skills more closely meet our needs".

The interview process consisted of two rounds: an initial virtual interview followed by an in-person interview with a senior director.
The first round focused primarily on work experience and technical skills.
The second round was also largely technical, with an emphasis on architectural questions and very few managerial questions.
