We completed the HR interview, and everything went smoothly—he even outlined the next two steps and what I would be doing in the final interviews. However, after that, he stopped responding and didn’t reply to my LinkedIn message.

I had a first meeting with HR for a position, but after the interview, they completely ghosted me. No feedback, no follow-up — nothing. This shows a clear lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. I would advise others to stay away.

1 st screening interview of 30 min. A waist of time. They dont even have the decency and professionalism to let you know you didn't make the cut. If you take 30 min of someone's time, the least you can do is follow up.
