Phone screen with recruiter and then three 30 minute behavioral interviews with members of the team.
Interviewed in June 2021, so everything was 100% virtual through Microsoft Teams. They had tech issues on their end, so it ended up being over the phone.

Entretien
Phone screen with a specific recruiter was probably the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. The conversation went left from the beginning, it just felt like there was little interest in the work I had done and a lot of bias based on an earlier scheduling mixup we had earlier in the day. I think recruiters are often the first line of introduction to your company and this recruiter definitely didn't make feel like I wanted to work there.

Entretien
A recruiter call, followed by three rounds of interviews. Process took a bit of time, but that’s typical. Interviewers were kind and asked probing questions. Be prepared to come with examples and knowledge of the company.

Explain a time you onboarded a client and go through each step of the process.
The interview process lasted 5 weeks and involved 4 different rounds of conversations in addition to a technical round. The technical round consisted of tableau and alteryx questions and excel modeling like pivot tables
