Entretien
The interview and hiring process was so easy and great. My recruiter was incredible and she would reply to my emails within hours, whereas I had recruiters at other companies just completely avoid my emails and ignore me. The process was one of the main reasons I chose to join Digitas because I felt it was indicative of the company itself. The interview questions were very relaxed and it was more of a conversation than behavioral questions.

What analytical experience do you have? (They knew I already had creative but they were looking for someone who could do both)
I had two, 30 minute round interviews. One with hiring manager, one with someone on the team. Questions were very general and focused on my experiences. Very casual and laid back.

Entretien
The interview process is pretty linear, with HR first contacting you and then leading to a round of interviews with the Hiring Manager and then the Department Lead. HR Rounds are not mandatory.

Entretien
A recruiter will contact you for a short 30-minutes phone interview. Then after that, you will be invited to 4 to 5 30 minutes virtual meetings with the hiring managers and the potential team.
