Applied through university and had a phone interview for the first round. Got called back within 24 hours asking me to come to Boston 3 days from then. The HR rep was friendly and flexible in terms of scheduling, but they did not offer to compensate for the travel expenses (which were not insignificant). They only gave me an hour of their time for round 2, and scheduled 2 half-hour interviews for this time, with no office tour or any other sort of welcome. My first interviewer was nearly 10 minutes late to a 30 minute interview, and she proceeded to present a case although the HR rep had said they would probably save the case for the second interview since she was late. The case was rushed and the interviewer showed no interest in interviewing me, folding my resume into shapes and looking around the room as I answered her questions. She then proceeded to leave the interview early because she had a meeting, and then my next interviewer was late as well. Overall it felt very unprofessional and frankly quite rude. I left feeling convinced that I would never accept the offer even if I received one.

Screening phone interview that lasted approx. 30 mins with recruiter. Followed up shortly thereafter to schedule 4 1-1 interviews in-office with a mix of challenging questions and case scenarios. Everyone I spoke to was very smart and down-to-earth which made the process enjoyable overall. Conversations provided a lot of insight into the culture and opportunities for growth.

I applied for the position on the company website and heard back from a recruiter rather soon after. Scheduled a call and spoke with the recruiter who went over standard inital phone interview questions, fairly basic. He then told me he was going to set me up to talk to one of their directors the very next day. Spoke with the director the next morning who wanted to know a little more about why I wanted to join the S&A team and why Digitas/tech agency world as I was in a different industry. Both calls went great and a day later the recruiter reached out to schedule time for me to come into their Boston office for four in-person interviews. Came in two weeks later for the interviews. The office if really cool, much different than what I was used to. First interview was fit/behavior, second was a case interview, third was fit/behavior, and the fourth was supposed to be a long case study but actually was a normal fit/behavior. Overall great experience. The recruiter was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process which was also great.

Phonecall. Interviewer didn't know anything about me such as my major or what college I graduated from. Also kept asking me for how much money I make in my current role and an exact number for how much I would like to make, which was really inappropriate for my first interview.
