Applied online on the company website, got a call from internal recruiter in a week and had few calls with the recruiter and an in person interview with hiring manager and couple other people. Got a case study the evening before, that required to prepare a plan and a deck for a potential client.

Everyone goes through every round of the interview process before the select someone. There were 4 rounds. All of the interviews were over Teams. A couple of the calls had multiple people sitting in on the interviews.
