There were 7 interviews that took place over a few weeks and each person I interviewed was either a collaborator or BU whom my team helped on a daily basis. I think it was good to understand who I was working with, what they cared about, and why to better get an idea of how I can help them when I start.

Painless and actually informative and enjoyable. I would rate it as way above average. I have one screening interview, one interview with the hiring manager, and three panel interviews back to back for 30 minutes each.
