I ended up deciding not to move forward after my phone screen due to salary. Recruiter reached out and asked for my availability. We scheduled a time a few days later. The day before my interview he/she sent me several communication(s) that I did not see until later because 1) I was at work 2) I was not expecting to call/email because I was scheduled for the next day -Emailed me asking to move my call to a time 1.5 hours from email (felt really rushed/unprofessional to reschedule and ask a candidate to hop on a call within 1.5 hours notice) -Accidentally called me thinking I was someone else, left a voicemail identifying me by the wrong name -Left another voicemail saying never mind After hearing the voicemails and seeing the email, I emailed back saying I can send more times over if he/she needed to reschedule which I got a reply of "Please disregard. We are on for tomorrow." During our scheduled call, I received a lovely overview of the role/responsibilities and DigitalOcean. Seemed like a good match minus the salary. Giving a neutral review cause DO seems great but the interview scheduling/etc didn't seem organized.

The whole process was great. This was probably the best interview experience that I ever had. People here were so comforting and cooperative in the interview. They made me feel at ease and it all went like a very healthy conversation. Kudos!
