Got an email to complete TrueAbility screening. Spent the time to complete the screening then recruiter scheduled for a call. Recruiter asked to reschedule then never followed up again. Definitely left a sour taste and probably will lead to looking at Linode in the future.
Thank you for writing a review. Sadly, there is no excuse for the lack of follow through here. This was a HUGE fail for us. This is not how we want to show up for our candidates and it's inexcusable. I applied through LinkedIn. They took around 1 month to reach back. The interview process has three rounds in total Written test Technical interview Manager round HR round This took around 1 week and then we started the salary discussion. They prefer someone who can join within a month. But if your interview went great they'll be willing to wait 2 months The company has a really good work culture and is really employee friendly.

I applied online. Interview was through Google meet. There were 4 rounds in total. First round is a screening round. Second round is technical round. Third is a cultural fit round and the last one is VP round.

I have been interviewed with many big organization but I would say interviewing at DigitalOcean itself is an excellent experience.
HR reached out to me with the online Assessment meeting which had variety of the questions including Customer handling along with Technical ones.
After clearing out the Online Assessment, I received the invites for interviews with 2 of the Managers based on technical and Customer handling skills followed with one more round from management personal.
