I've been ghosted for 3 weeks now, and I've followed up at least twice since my first interview. I don't know why employers can't seem to keep candidates 'in the loop' with a brief update email. The virtue signaling in modern-day hiring has gone on for too long, and really needs to stop. It's incredibly rude.
