1. Don't wast your time to expect that a company is maturity. They even don't have a basic hiring process, which is being as "as is" for the mature company. 2. Nobody from the interviewers didn't introduce themself, no name, no titles. I knew only an owner of the company. 3. Within the two steps of interacting to them, nobody asked me - "Tell me about yourself?". All the questions were pulled out from a context of CV. A technician guy asked questions which he didn't understand by himself because absence the related experience. If I would know this, I'll be thinking so many times do I have to apply for a position by this company.
