Sketchy and unprofessional. The HR worker had to reschedule our interview, but then still accidentally scheduled another interview at the same time. This left the interviewee in an empty room for over just under 30 minutes. They left a stack of around 40 other resumes of other candidates for you to look through, complete with their annotations written on them in sticky notes. I'm sure some of them wouldn't have liked their personal information shared with whoever was sitting there next. They force you to sign an NDA AND background check form before even starting to discuss the job or any details about it. SSN, previous and current addresses, all of it. The building was in disrepair, as there were ceiling tiles missing and stained, and seemed to resemble a sweatshop with the cramped cubicles and standing fans, as if it was a quick start up fake company. The NDA/background check before interviewing anyone makes me question if it is a real company.
