A cube is a multi-dimensional dataset, consists of set of relational tables joined logically to implement star-schema, i.e. a Fact table surrounded by multiple Dimension tables. A DSO is a data store object, used to store detailed level of transaction data ta granule level. A Multi-provider allows to combine data from multiple info providers and make it available for reporting.
