Before the interview they give you a challenge, you can be as extensive as you want, you have to send a PPT and Excel file with the results.
I was expecting questions about the challenge but it seems that the Director who interviewed me didn't even read it. It felt like a waste of time.

This refers ot the initial phone call - the initial phone call with one of their HR staff was very pleasant and they got back to me quickly via email after I confirmed that I would officially like to go ahead with the application process on next steps and the next interview stages, who I would be interviewing with and a time that is convenient.
