Applied online, got an email asking me to interview with the sales manager. After interviewing, I started a week later. I had a day with HR to sign paperwork and go over the company's policy

Entretien
It was a phone interview first, then an in person interview. You either get hired that day or not at all. They asked basic interview sales questions. They brought in either one or two other sales managers to tell you a little bit about the company and to hear your responses from the interview questions. Then depart from the interview because they have to get on the floor. You shake hands. Then tells you why they believe you would be a great fit and then confirm to have hr contact you for furthering the hiring process.

Entretien
Very easy, not a ton of questions and only really had to talk to one person. I had a friend who worked there and basically gave me the job. As long as you work hard, are personable, and really just make as many calls as possible then they will hire you. Tons of turnover here so they don't turn away too many people.
