Drove 4 hours round trip and was asked two questions for a senior level HR position. Take it from me, DO NOT waste your time with this company. I have never had an interview quite like this in my 20 years. The President/Owner and CFO have no desire to get to know you. It was an embarrassment. It's clear they do not value HR. I would not recommend them to anyone in my network.
