A relatively short process. Initially you have a very casual phone call just to find out more about the role and for the company to find out more about you. Then there’s an interview which is mostly regarding your competitiveness and relationship building skills. A passion for travel goes a long way

There is a phone interview and if you get through you have a zoom meeting with 2 managers. They are friendly during the interview and ask questions about your motivations and traveler experience. There isn’t a geography test included.
