First round is the usual online test. But its tough. Divided into two parts, one aptitude and technical(C,C++). There is a time limit for the test. Clearing this will lead you to programming round. You don't have to know any language specifically to crack this. They just want to see if a person can think out of the box. Its actually a fun round for those who love challenges. They will provide you a few tasks and you must write the logic for the solution. Third round again programming which will make you think that the second round was a piece of cake. The tasks/problems get tougher here.
