The interview was very casual and informal. Sat down with my supervisor, discussed my past experience and qualifications, and they explained what the position would entail. It was a very smooth and friendly process.

Everything seemed very unorganised - the team did not seem to be expecting anyone when I arrived and the Editor was a little late arriving to the interview room. The interview took place in what appeared to be a storage cupboard. It was very messy, dusty and damp and just generally unprofessional.
