I applied online, got contacted by recruiter after few days. We had a great chat but then they changed my point of contact. I communicated with this new recruiter over email. He set up technical phone interview for me, which I had to reschedule for some personal reason. On the day of interview, some senior software engineer called me. He asked me bunch of Javascript related questions and I was able to answer all of them except one. Next day I got email saying I am not right fit for the job. I tried to follow up asking what went wrong as I had nailed first round IMO. But got no response back.
