I reached out to a recruiter, gave him my background that aligned with the job posted, shared my personal connection with the company product and strong desire to work for a company I was so touched by. I received a brief but kind response, pointing me to a specific job to apply for. I started the application the dame day, asked the recruiter for the hiring managers name to address the cover letter to. The response was brief and a bit curt telling me my skills do not align and to watch the job board for other postings. I would have appreciate a bit more feedback pr the opportunity to clarify my skills if possible.

Autres retours d’entretien d’embauche pour un poste comme Project Manager chez Dexcom
It’s been over a month since I gave my Hiring Manager interview and I’ve not had any updates. I reached our multiple times and the recruiter got back to me telling me they’ll keep me posted if they want to move forward in the process, however, at this point I’ve considered that I’ve been ghosted. What is even the point of making candidates wait if you’re not interested in moving them forward, just send the rejection and be done with it. Read a few comments about them being ghosters and trust me all of it is true.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dexcom
Entretien
this was a very short interview about my interest and background and about the firm. they also talked about the priorities of Dexcom and my interest in working there. They asked me a few questions but it felt like a conversation
First I had a prescreen call with HR for 30 minutes. HR then emailed me the benefits package to make sure it was in line with my needs. Then I had a 30 minute zoom with the hiring manager. 80% of the interview was focused on me with time for a few of my own questions at the end. If i would of progressed it would of been 3-4 zoom team interviews last 30 minutes each. But I decided to decline the next round of interviews and remove myself from the process.
