I was surprised that such a young, forward-thinking company would allows management to use inappropriate, old-school intimidation tactics, testing, or mind games during a job interview. Techniques like being deliberately rude to a candidate violates the implicit trust and good faith of the job interview process and reflects very poorly on the company and its managers.
