During the initial phone call interview one was set up for two days later. On interview day, I met with two people and was asked a series of questions regarding myself, and my opinion of the company. I highly suggest researching the background of Devon, strength and weaknesses of not only Devon but the industry as a whole. The second interview came a little over a month later, was much more informal just talking with senior management. Offer was made the following day.
