Entretien
Die Bewerbungsphase zog sich über 3 Termine. Kennenlernen - Praxistag - Projektteam.

I applied this position in November 2017, did online test and received the invitation for assessment center in December 2017.
The 1-day assessment center took place in January 2018.
In the morning, I went through 3 tasks with HR within the company.
Task 1: present case study with the topic of change in 10 minutes (I got the topic before the AC)
Task 2 : group work (decide which idea proposed from task 1 the team would like to take)
-) My teammates and I all considered failed for this task because we did not fight hard enough for our own ideas. You have to try your best to sell your idea even though you might hurt other people.
Task 3: elevator talk for 2 questions
-) this is elevator talk which means you do not have time to think and you should answer the questions immediately with structured answers (putting your related experiences will also be a big plus).
If you pass the 3 tasks, you can go for the next round - personal interview with the department you applied. I did not pass the first round so I cannot share any experience regarding to this part.
Overall, I found the experience neutral.
The good thing for this AC is that you are not competing with you teammates but yourself because you need to get enough points (including an online personal test in German and 3 tasks in the AC)to get to the next round.
The weird thing is that the HR did not know the personal test is in German (even my German native speaking friend find the test difficult to understand) and they said I failed to this test. I mean, people are all unique, why can a person's personality considered as a failure?
Also , the HR already met me in person, why do they trust the results from the online test instead of the person standing in front of you?
