applied online and received an interview from agency first then with the Bank a Phone interview - and then face to face - then offer. the whole process took over 6 weeks till offer then another 3 weeks for the background checks to come through.

Mainly Infosec questions and Security controls went into my history of work and provide examples of when I had been in difficult situations in a team and to provide a clear steer to what needed to be delivered.
