The first round interview was two to one, 1 risk manager and 1 HR. Risk manager started first by asking experience and technical questions, anything related to markets / finance in general on your CV and HR asked about competence questions, eg teamwork leadership examples. The speed of each question went really fast and it's important to know your CV thoroughly.
