I actually got my interview from following up with my recruiter several times after a job fair. Be persistent - with a company like this, they are in contact with a very large number of people. Check-in with recruiter, wait for 15 minutes. No paperwork/survey/quiz etc. Face to face with two middle management - AVP/VP. Very positive, not technical whatsoever. Lots of questions in both directions. Conversation about local area, day to day/work and life balance etc. Would highly recommend formal business dress. Anything less would be considered poorly. I brought a portfolio of projects etc. but did not end up using any of that.
