typical IB interview process told me they dont sponsor starting 2025. I wish they did though! one of the superday interviewer didn't even turn on a camera so shame on her. Otherwise other interviewers were nice and friendly

They were looking to fill a position asap so the interview process was swift. Did about 7 rounds in ~2 weeks. There were no behaviorals other than tell me about yourself. Rest was group-specific technicals
