The process was very straight forward. I had an initial interview on campus, and followed up with an onsite interview. The onsite interview began with a tour of the facilities, as well as meeting a few of the employees. All of the questions were behavioral, ie. they give you a situation and you respond with your previous experience. No one was trying to stick you in a corner, and were very friendly through the entire process. There was quite a long peronsality test after everything was done, and before the offer. It was about three hours long, all done online.
