There was no formal interview. I got a call from DEP and we talked about the offer from another company. It was all set up beforehand with the other company recruiting through DEP. Afeterwards, I received an offer in the mail. I called them back about the job offer to negotiate and I was told that there was no possiblity of negotiating on any aspect of the offer. I was not offered any fringe benefits like relocation, sign-on bonus etc.

The interview process included an HR round (Round 1), a CAD tool test (Round 2), a hiring manager interview (Round 3), and a panel interview. They focused on past experience and future goals
