All of our positions have a base salary or hourly pay in addition to bonuses and incentives. Benefits are not offered until an employee has reached management. This information is all disclosed in a three-step interview process where you sit down with different members of our management team and are encouraged to ask questions. From a leadership standpoint, it is our job to provide all of the hands-on training to sharpen your professional skills to become a business owner one day. This position is not for everyone, and we would never try to convince someone otherwise or take advantage of young professionals. Our business model is rigorous and as much as success may not be guaranteed we provide the opportunity to make your paycheck as large as possible with no max.
