      I met with a few people from various departments during my interview process. I thought it was so great to meet everyone. I didn’t feel rushed at all- and I got to ask all my questions to get to know them. They really take their time and care about the process.

      STAY AWAY. Everything they said in the interview process was LIES. They hire you as temp-to-perm without telling you. They don't mention that you will be on a 90-day trial period and once you are hired they restrict benefits, PTO, you can't have a credit card which is necessary for the work they assign you, and you can't even have access to the office to come in early or work late (you get locked inside). Please take the reviews on this company seriously, because they are NOT exaggerations.

      They said it would be a hybrid opportunity, but then asked everyone to come into the office as much as possible. They emphasized flexible schedules, but legitimately made everyone work 100 hours every week. They approved my PTO but then didn't pay me for the days I took off.

      Thank you for leaving your feedback about the interview process at DCi. We have taken the time to address the statements made about company policy to clear up the misinformation included in this review. DCi hires directly (not temp to perm) and we have a 90-day probationary period for all new employees as most companies do. This is an important time for both the company and the individual to decide if it is a good fit before employees are entrusted with office keys & company credit cards. DCi has good will faith in our new hires and the 90 days is in most cases just a formality. Yes, for certain roles a corporate card is necessary, but not in the first 2.5 months of work. We we provide new hires with resources to get the job done in the meantime should they need to process card payments such as pairing them with a tenured team member. Benefits starts the 1st of the month following date of hire which is the soonest they can possibly start and this is communicated to each potential new hire. We offer flexible schedules (not hybrid) as we expect our team members to be in the office – especially while training – and offer the ability to work from home as needed to accommodate personal need. Time off is rarely denied at DCi and based on your time with the company, all PTO request were approved across departments. DCi consistently approves time off for new hires whether the employee is eligible to use PTO and whether there is PTO accrued or not. Employees are eligible to use accrued PTO starting at the 90-day mark but start accruing PTO on their first day. All of this is clearly communicated in the interview and onboarding process. It appears that DCi was not a good fit for you which is unfortunate. It is clear you interviewed in January and have since resigned before the 90-day time time based on another company review that contains identical content as you included above.
