I have got an advertisement in the newspaper(The Telegraph) that a company wants a Relationship Manager/ Branch Manager and also got a mobile number written there. After that I called on that number and the person responding my call from the opposite side invited me for an interview on the very next day. The interview process was ok and after the first round (which was taken by the person who invited me for the interview and also is the my Current Boss) I was referred to the HR Manager and was appointed from the very next day.
