The interview was a 3-step process, consisting of an initial recruiter interview, an online skills assessment, and an interview with the HOD/Content manager. Overall, the process was swift and genuinely enjoyable.

Entretien
Tedious, unprofessional, and irrelevant. While they are fast to respond, they make you write "exams". If you don't fit the criteria for one position, they ask you to try out for another, which comes with tedious exams

Entretien
The interview process was one of the smoothest experiences at DesignRush.
The company knows what they want and they make it happen fast.
It consists of three interviews: an introductory call with HR, and two meeting managers within the team.
Additionally, you are asked to do a small competency test, which, if you know the ins and outs of your job, is quite easy to pass.

They ask about details of your relevant experience, how you would handle certain situations, etc. Pretty standard stuff and nothing to be intimidated by.
