The process started strong. My first interview was terrific—engaging, thoughtful, and aligned with the role. The second interview was decent, but much of the time was spent scrutinizing a prior business I founded, leaving little room for me to ask questions or learn more about the team and role. After that, communication dropped off significantly. The team went radio silent beyond their stated timeline, the role was reposted shortly after, and the Senior Manager involved in my interview departed soon after. From a candidate perspective, this raised concerns about internal alignment and communication.
Would You Recommend This Company?
Not at this time. While there are good people and potential, the lack of communication and visible internal changes made the experience feel misaligned and raised concerns about organizational stability from the outside.
